Order Cancellations & Refunds

All orders are handmade to order therefore we do not offer cancellations unless this is made within 24 hours of your order by email to returns@pimpmyart.co.uk. Please note these are not off the shelf products so please ensure you have selected the right colour and size before ordering.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If your are returning an item for this reason please note the buyer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong item, if the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the wrong item to return it to us. If your are returning an item for this reason please note the buyer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred.

Delivery

All orders are handmade to order, once your order has been processed. Delivery to your door is within 3 working days.
